Labor and birth are the most anticipated part of a pregnancy. Every pregnancy differs like every birth story. The more you educate yourself, the better you will be able to handle your labor and birth experience. The Labor 101 portion of class discusses what to expect from your body, as well as how to deal with the stages of labor.

Topics include:

• pre-labor signs and symptoms and what to expect

• the three stages of labor 

• what to expect in hospital, birth center and in-home births

Classes are held on Tuesdays 6-7:30pm 
November 3rd - December 15th (skipping Thanksgiving week)

Classes are offered live (class size is limited) and virtual Zoom is also an option. Investment: $50/class or $225/all ($75 savings!)
