This is a free flow core inspired vinyasa class for all levels, beginner to advanced. Free flow implies a practice that is truly personal, roomy and allowing to meet the body where it is.
This is a 75 minute class, filled with bandha awareness, arm balances and inversions.
We will move and flow freely with lots of opportunity to play and engage. Prepare for some partner work as well as active breath work to bring awareness to the midline.
