BIRTH ED WORKSHOP!

This is a modified version of our birth education series covered in a one day workshop format. Recipients will receive loads of info and take home resources as well as a sweet little goodie bag as a thank you for attending ! Space is extremely limited and registration is required to hold your spot.

This workshop is focused on the basics of labor and more importantly, on our ability to tune into ourselves & show up for ourselves in the process of birth. We will move our bodies, discuss embodiment practice, practice breathwork and meditation.

Class Details: This workshop is a full day event, approximately 5 hours.
When to take: Any time in your pregnancy depending on availability.
Investment: $225 This includes the pregnant mom and up to two support persons.
