This very unique and special workshop is not to be missed!!

Irina will guide our restorative practice while speaking on the aspects of the June New Moon.
Savasana will consist of deep meditation and an acupuncture session to calm the mind and spirit.
Our practice is restorative in nature and will have long holds with support of blocks, pillows and bolsters.

This restorative yoga workshop is open to all levels, no yoga or meditation experience necessary.

Prepare for long holds in postures to open the hops, tapping into our innermost selves for an introspective practice.

This is a 60 minute restorative class followed by a deep 30 minute meditation savasana (with acupuncture).
