The more you educate yourself, the better you will be able to handle your labor and birth experience. The Labor 101 portion of class discusses what to expect from your body, as well as how to deal with the stages of labor.

Topics include:

• pre-labor signs and symptoms and what to expect

• the three stages of labor 

• what to expect in hospital, birth center and in-home births
