Core Flow is BACK !!! Join me at my new Core home Little Ocean Yoga! 
This is a 75 minute all level vinyasa class, filled with bandha awareness, arm balances and inversions. 
We will move and flow freely with lots of opportunity to play and engage. Prepare for some partner work as well as active breath work to bring awareness to the midline.
