This is a free flow core inspired vinyasa class for all levels, beginner to advanced. Free flow implies a practice that is truly personal, roomy and allowing to meet the body where it is.
This is a 75 minute class, filled with bandha awareness, arm balances and inversions.
We will move and flow freely with lots of opportunity to play and engage. Prepare for some partner work as well as active breath work to bring awareness to the midline.

Classes specifically focus on rebuilding strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic muscle; releasing tension in the shoulders and neck;opening the chest. Irina coordinates postures and breath, utilizing alignment, safety, and stability for a full-bodied workout. All levels are welcome and the temperature warms to anywhere between 98 and 103 degrees.
This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced.

Prenatal yoga is an ideal low-impact fitness routine to start when you’re expecting, even if you’re not used to regularly working out. Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby. The program, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort.
WEDNESDAY @ 5:45 PM UNHEATED VINYASA “WALL”
This is a 60 minute class in a cool non-heated room. Class focus is on using the WALL to support proper alignment in beginner to advanced poses. Class is suitable for beginner and advanced yogis, with lots of opportunity to play and get upside down!
